Candidates with disabilities seeking jobs benefit from JOB-ABLED in several key ways:
The platform allows candidates to create personalised profiles that highlight their skills, experience, and abilities. JOB-ABLED then matches them with suitable job opportunities, helping them find meaningful, long-term employment. For youth with disabilities who have not completed Grade 10, JOB-ABLED offers job opportunities in recycling and vegetable gardens.
JOB-ABLED provides access to learnerships and skills development programs, equipping candidates with the necessary skills and training for the job market. This includes an 8-month job shadowing initiative, aimed at mastering skills before securing employment.
Candidates can apply for transport assistance during the first month of employment to help ease the transition. This initiative is also a mean to support the parent/guardian of PWD's (People With Disabilities).
JOB-ABLED offers continuous support throughout the employment journey, ensuring candidates have the resources they need to succeed, from application to long-term job retention, including transport assistance in the first month.

Log in at Job-Abled using your email and password and complete your profile with accurate information.

• Incorrect details may delay approval.
Click “Complete Profile” and wait for one of our JOB-ABLED admin's to approve your account. This could take up to 2 working days. You’ll receive an email once approved.
